Dr Sonya Masand has been the principal partner of the practice since it was established. Dr Masand attained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 1998 at St Bartholomews and The Royal London Hospital. Following this she worked in general practice and then spent time working in Dentist teaching hospitals, gaining experience in maxillo-facial surgery and oral surgery. Since then she has flourished in the field of general dentistry and in particular has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and facial rejuvenation.
Dr Masand has also furthered her own education since leaving university. In 2002 she passed the Royal College of Surgeon of England surgical exams and gained Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Further to this she trained at the world renowned Eastman Dental Institute and received a certificate in Restorative dental practice in 2012. This complimented her smile enhancement and veneer and anterior crowns courses completed in New York earlier on in her career. Following this she gained a Pg Cert in dental education ( Bedfordshire University).
She has used all these achievements to enhance her skills and care delivered to her patients.
